The concept of GenZcruiting started in August 2022 by 2 sophomores at Miami University. Exhausted by endless job boards and realizing employer-student relations are difficult to create, they decided to bridge these gaps by creating the first recruiting & staffing agency designed exclusively for internships and professional opportunities created by companies.
